Hello friends, my name Elvita Yenti, I am the third child of 3 brothers. I
have an brother and sister. When I was little, I can not sholat, read the Qur'an or books, counting, writing and many
more, but mom
and father patiently taught me about religion, reading, counting,
writing and much more. So I know about my religion, reading, counting, writing
and much more.
When I was young, I could not even cook, but mom and my sister always
invited me to come help cook, indeed I was taught from a simple thing like, cut
fish and dispose of bile, as well as preparing the material used to make fish
and chicken fuels, vegetable tamarind, rendang, and others. Since then, so I
can cook the food they like and I feel good when I made the dishes consumed by
the same family.
When I was little, I also can not wash and iron clothes, but my mom taught me how to wash clothes and do not let the
fragrant smell. Once dry clothes, mom let me teach you iron clothes neat and unwrinkled. Since
then, so I can help my mother with the washing and ironing their clothes.
Although the feet and hands accidentally touched an iron but I still did not
diminish my pleasure in helping my parents.
When I was little, I could not use bicycles and motorcycles. My
father patiently taught me to ride a bike despite my
papa tired of chasing me from falling off the bike. Even my father also taught
me to drive a
motorcycle but here the difference in the teachings of my father, if I want to
drive a motorcycle then I should be old enough and I was taught to drive a
motorcycle when I was 16 years of age. Sure strange if we have to wait just
wanted to drive a motorcycle but I understand the good intentions of my father, if the motor is no road risk is the lives of ourselves
and others. Since then, I can take a bike and riding motorcycles and I was glad
because my father thought of my salvation.
My mom always advised me to avoid or reduce fatty foods, greasy
and lots of MSG (monosodium glutamate) because it is not good for the body. The
impact is:
1. Food pickles (with
a very high salt content) may weigh kidney function, irritate the stomach and
intestines.
2. Canned foods, foods that are packed in cans, can be a
fruit or meat. Canned food is not healthy because usually contain preservatives
healthy, which also resulted in a decreased nutrient content and nutrients.

talk or joke with your friend, do not listen to music during lessons, do not
sleep during lessons, do not eat and drink during the lessons, do not play
phone during lessons, do not read books other than still relevant with material
progress.
